This appeal involves the prolonged litigation initiated by plaintiff on May 14, 1971, to recover the value of his interest in a partnership. A former, interlocutory appeal was decided by this Court on April 27, 1973. Upon remand, there was a reference to a Special Master who reported that plaintiff should have judgment for $620,478.46, for the value of the plaintiffs interest and profits thereon to and including December 31, 1980. The Chancellor confirmed and rendered final judgment accordingly, reserving the ascertainment of plaintiffs share in profits from January 1, 1981, to the date of payment of the value of plaintiffs share in the partnership.
